Kristie is a native of Kingsport and is excited to share with clients her love and knowledge of the area and all that the Tri-Cities region truly has to offer. She holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from King University where she specialized in Marketing and has also owned a successful Bridal and Formal salon in Kingsport for 33 years. Kristie brings extensive sales experience and understands the importance of listening to her client’s needs. As an agent at Conservus Real Estate Group she is committed to doing the research, planning and providing support to advise her clients in every aspect of the real estate buying and selling processes.
Kristie lives with her husband Anthony, and their dog Champ. They have two adult children who were raised in Kingsport. Their daughter Nikkie is a Preschool teacher in Nashville, TN and their son Steven is a U.S. Army Soldier currently assigned to the 101st Airborne Division located at Fort Campbell, KY. As empty nesters, Kristie and her husband both love to spend their free time traveling, visiting with their family and friends, enjoying good food, golfing, grilling and fishing. Their favorite time of year is the fall season because it’s time to enjoy SEC College football and tailgating!Working with Kristie to help us finally find a home was the best decision we ever made.
