Brian Hullette, a Tri-Cities native, has built a career on a tenacious and dedicated work ethic. This has enabled him to develop, own, and operate over seven corporations during his professional career including Tri-Cities’ premiere community showcase and events magazine, VIPSEEN. Being co-founder/co-publisher of one of the largest marketing publications in the Tri-Cities allowed Brian to develop an extensive network of relationships with people across our region as well as in-depth knowledge about the Tri-cities locale. The ability to market, as well as having access to a capacious network, are two incredible assets to clients buying or selling real estate.Brian comfortably connects with real estate clients from a variety of backgrounds. Brian is very passionate about economic development in our region. Because of this, he has a keen interest in the commercial real estate market. He assists various community leaders, business owners and corporate clients in finding ways to add value to our community and grow our local economy. In 2008, Brian was honored with a “40 Under Forty” award, which recognizes forty of the region’s top business professionals committed to shaping the future of our area. Being involved in the community is also extremely important to Brian. He serves on the board of several organizations including the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Kingsport, Accel Now, Red Legacy Recovery, KOSBE leadership council, Dancing with the Tri-Cities Stars and Kingsport’s Economic Restructuring Committee. Brian resides in Kingsport with his son, Logan.
